Our Patient Service Center is designed to serve our customers efficiently and comfortably.
Joanne, our receptionist, welcomes you and ensures that all required information is complete on your testing requisition, as well as answering questions you may have.

Roxy, Assistant Supervisor at the Patient Service Center, oversees our staff of skilled phlebotomists. The goal of our phlebotomy team is to ensure quality specimens while helping to make your experience as painless and confidential as possible.
Special features of our Patient Service Center include the following:- A private pediatric drawing room
- A private adult drawing room
- Comfortable accommodations for patients undergoing laboratory tests that require extended waiting time.
